4.7 Change of rule -- when the Devil's wickedness is demonstrated

Ever since the fall of man, the Devil has exercised his evil influence over humanity, with the goal of attaining world dominion. He will reach this goal, at least partially, under the coming rule of the Antichrist. The Antichrist's plans will prosper through his great charm and cunning. Moreover, he will be supported in the mass media by slick propaganda, which will make him appear to be the big saviour of the world, who:

creates peace, and straightens out the world's economy, which will be in chaos after the next world war. Only later will he reveal his true self and demand divine worship.

After the Bride is rescued, God will remove his protective hand from humanity for a few years. The rule of the Antichrist will then nearly fall on itself, as the wicked unrestrainedly annihilate one another.

Not until after this period can God use his omnipotence to imprison the Devil and his fallen angels. God will then establish Christ and his Bride as the new righteous, spiritual world government. (More on this in the next chapter.)
