The reliability of prophecies

Very briefly, I wish to emphasize the following:

The ancient prophecies contained in the Bible, and which we have quoted in previous texts, have a very high degree of reliability. The Bible itself maintains that "God's word (in the Bible) is pure from dross." (Free from things such as the prophet's own thoughts. Proverbs 30:5) On the other hand, all of our human interpretations must be subjected to a continuous process of evaluation, keeping current with the development of events in the world.
Recent prophecies, of the type which we have collected in section 2, seldom have the same high degree of reliability. Therefore, according to the Bible, they ought to always become subject to careful testing by more than one person. (I Cor. 14:29) The outcome might then be that the whole prophecy, or part of it, is thrown out as dross.

But that which is accepted as a word from the Lord, we must learn to value and obey better than we have so far. Otherwise, we can grieve the Holy Spirit, so that he becomes silent.

Referring to Jesus' word in Luke 16:8, that the children of the world are often wiser than the children of light, I have tried to facilitate the application of a somewhat difficult set of material by presenting the main message of the prophecies in a more easily read plan of action.

Easily read plans of actions have long been accepted in the business world, and follow the recommendations of international standards for efficient administrative business management.
